This 1/2 oz fine silver round features the intricate detail of the Aztec Calendar Stone (Piedra del Sol). Discovered in the heart of Mexico City, the original 24-ton monolith is a masterpiece of Mesoamerican cosmology. At its center rests the face of Tonatiuh, the sun god, surrounded by symbols representing the four previous eras of the world.

The Craftsmanship

Minted in .999 fine silver, this piece serves as both a historical tribute and a canvas for modern artistry. The high-relief strike ensures that every glyph—from the 20 days of the Aztec month to the fire serpents encircling the border—is captured with stunning clarity.

A Bespoke Transformation

While striking as a collector’s round, this piece is eligible for a custom commission. Using specialized forging techniques, the silver can be folded and shaped into a unique heritage ring.
